Many seasonal staff come back year on year and often temporary employees become permanent. This reflects our efforts as an employer to ensure that Audience Systems is a pleasant and professional place to work.

He is now a Senior Engineer, producing and updating component drawings and layouts using CAD software, training and mentoring new engineers, and responding to feedback from the installation team.
"There is a real sense of camaraderie at Audience Systems, and a willingness to get things done. The people in our production and installation departments have a great deal of experience and they are always happy to work with us in engineering to make sure that our designs will work on the ground."

Though far away, support from Westbury has always been generous and timely. There was never a moment when I felt I was working alone."
