A Full Service for your Seating
Need a service, maintenance or parts for another manufacturer’s seating? Our expanded Service and Spares Department is now able to help. They can also now offer a deep cleaning service, as well as re-upholstery for chairs of any kind.
“Our main focus is still the provision of excellent ongoing care for Audience Systems’ customers,” says Service and Spares Manager Gary Pillinger. “However, not all seating manufacturers are geared to offering annual services or even replacement parts for their products - so we’re happy to help their customers keep their seating in good working order too. We’re fully equipped for the job with a team of fourteen people including site crew, customer service, upholstery and a parts workshop.”
Audience Systems recommends that anyone with a retractable seating system has a full annual maintenance check. Over time, floors shift, lubrication runs dry, and people take their toll on the seating, deliberately or otherwise. An annual maintenance check is vital for a number of reasons including peace of mind, insurance validity, compliance with PUWER regulations and ongoing smooth running.
The upholstery and refurbishment operation meanwhile is taking off – and not just for spectator seats. Sofas, banqueting chairs and even a vaulting horse have been through the factory doors, and returned to their owners looking good as new.
